Mark Zuckerberg Sees No Need to Revise Company’s Position towards Trump’s Comments

While a lot of people seemed to expect some changes in Facebook’s position towards Trump’s latest comments, it looks like nothing is really going to change too soon. Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly said that he didn’t see any need to revise the company’s stance in this respect.

A lot of people are hoping that Facebook can learn from Twitter’s example with its fact-checking system and special labels for potentially misguiding content.

So far Facebook has not once been seen to be inept to tackle potentially harmful manipulations of the platform, and we will need to see whether the company will take serious action to improve that.
