According to Twitter, the number of monthly active users has grown during the pandemic. Their data says that people are now consuming more video than before. A lot of users are expecting brands to share relevant and accurate updates about the outbreak. It seems like people want to see more efforts aimed to aid those being at risk or affected by the coronavirus and support community.

Their data says that more than 1/3 of the US users felt that it is insensitive for companies to promote their products as if nothing happened.

These are some interesting insights, although it is, of course, up to you to set priorities for your company. But if you do aid the community during the outbreak, then it’s is obviously the perfect time to be outspoken about it.
